Application Information:

• Application Process.  As soon as you decide to rent an apartment and you want us to hold it for you pending our approval:

  • All occupants (and any guarantor) must have submitted his/her/their:

    • completed & signed application form along with

    • an application fee ($50 per occupant), and

    • copy of current government-issued photo ID.

  • We pull a credit report for every applicant (and any guarantor) and review credit history.  Plus, we verify sufficient income, landlord references, eviction history, criminal history, etc.

  • It usually takes from two to five business days to process an application - sometimes longer.

  • Incomplete or unsigned applications will not be processed.  Applications that include incorrect or misleading information will be denied. 

• Application Fee.  $50 per applicant. 

  • Applied toward security deposit if applicant is approved. 

  • Refundable only if application is denied.

  • Forfeited if applicant decides not to rent or furnishes incorrect, incomplete or misleading information.

  • Letter size paper form  (8.5" x 11");

  • Answer all questions;  Use a separate form for each applicant & guarantor;

  • Sign & date at the bottom (pen & ink, no digital signatures);

  • Submit your:  

    • application form, 

    • application fee, and

    • copy of government-issued photo ID

  • Incomplete or Unsigned applications will not be processed.
